Ampcus Inc. is a certified global provider of a broad range of Technology and Business consulting services. We are in search of a highly motivated candidate to join our talented Team.
We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in Agile Scrum methodologies to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe) and a proven track record of working effectively with Scrum teams. Experience in product development is preferred.
Qualifications
Experience implementing Agile techniques in diverse cultural and environmental settings, managing projects of varying size andplexity.
Demonstrated understanding of Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban, Test Driven Development, and Continuous Testing & Integration.
Ability to coach new and existing teams in Scrum and/or Kanban/Scrumban best practices to help them meet s and release goals and mature in agile practices.
Knowledge of or experience in a scaled agile environment is preferred.
Hands-on experience with agile tools such as JIRA, AgileCraft, VersionOne, or TFS.
Minimum 4-6 years of previous experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master, with deep knowledge of all Scrum roles and ceremonies.
Agile Certification is preferred, including Certified Scrum Coach (CSC), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), or Certified Agile Coach (PMI-ACP, ICA-Client).
