Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support Agile delivery teams within a large enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will provide leadership, coaching, and facilitation to Agile teams while ensuring alignment across Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and operational value streams. This role requires strong expertise in Agile methodologies, stakeholder collaboration, continuous improvement, and servant leadership practices. Key Responsibilities Facilitate the successful delivery of business value within an Agile framework. Plan, lead, organize, and motivate cross-functional Agile teams. Coordinate and facilitate Agile ceremonies including PI Planning, iteration planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, demos, and retrospectives. Partner with Product Owners and team members to ensure meetings and ceremonies are effective, organized, and outcome-driven. Identify and remove barriers impacting team productivity and delivery. Foster collaboration, innovation, and consensus-based decision-making within teams. Support short-term and long-term release planning activities with Product Owners. Maintain healthy and prioritized backlogs to support execution readiness. Drive development of release and iteration roadmaps in collaboration with Product Owners. Promote a positive, healthy, and productive team environment. Champion continuous improvement and encourage a culture of learning and growth. Utilize qualitative and quantitative metrics to identify issues and evaluate solution effectiveness. Encourage continuous learning through coaching, mentoring, and facilitation practices. Act as a change agent to support Agile adoption and transformation initiatives. Ensure visibility, transparency, and effective communication across teams and stakeholders. Connect teams with appropriate stakeholders and resources to support effective execution. Support team-level risk identification and risk management activities. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a large enterprise Agile environment. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks including Scrum and SAFe. Working knowledge of Product Management, Test Driven Development, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, and Continuous Delivery practices. Experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma, Root Cause Analysis, and Value Stream Mapping. Excellent organizational, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Strong coaching, mentoring, and team facilitation capabilities. Ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences. Experience leading cross-functional teams and facilitating collaboration across organizational boundaries. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of enterprise operations, policies, procedures, and technology environments. Experience supporting Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and operational value streams. Familiarity with risk management practices within Agile environments. Certifications Certified Scrum Master (CSM) preferred. SAFe Scrum Master certification preferred. SAFe PO/PM certification preferred.
