Job Description We are seeking a Scrum Master to support a Scrum team delivering CRM‑based solutions within the commercial software space. This role is a backfill for an existing team member who is temporarily supporting a larger Product Owner / Project Manager initiative. Insight Global is seeking a Scrum Master for a top commercial software client. This individual will support a dedicated Agile team responsible for key CRM platforms, including Siebel CRM and Salesforce B2B solutions. The ideal candidate will serve as a servant leader for the team, facilitating Agile ceremonies, managing the backlog, driving sprint execution, and partnering closely with business stakeholders to prioritize initiatives. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to coordinate effectively with offshore teams while ensuring successful delivery of business-critical enhancements and projects. Experience with Jira, Agile methodologies, stakeholder management, and CRM-focused development environments is highly preferred.
