- "We are looking for a resource that is a SME in Python Automation.
We need a Python Developer / Programmer full time for the next 4.5 months Support NetApp OCI to DII transition with report conversion, custom data integrations, heavy Python OOP, mentoring of junior devs Pure python dev skilled in sw engineering, knows design patterns, understands how to build a python package. OOP code as well as building delivery of packages thru artifactory. This is a mid-level person; someone who needs minimal explanation or can pick up the environment thru Claude using the documentation in place to learn the dev environment, framework and flow., etc AI assisted dev thru copilot highly preferred. Can build mini agents with skills. Also has written frameworks or done entire projects with Copilot. Data Engineering nice to have. Skills and Requirements
- 5+ years strong Python development experience
- Experience with object-oriented programming (beyond simple scripting)
- Understanding of common software design patterns
- Experience building, packaging, and distributing Python applications/packages
- Familiarity with software delivery and deployment processes
- Ability to develop custom integrations and reporting solutions independently.
