Skills and Requirements Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or closely related discipline. 5+ years of experience designing and developing embedded computing systems for military applications. Strong background in avionics, RF systems, or radar technologies. Familiarity with ruggedized or military‑spec hardware design practices. Knowledge of DoD standards and development processes. Experience with signal processing, high‑speed digital design, or mixed‑signal electronics. Proficiency with engineering design tools such as Altium, Mentor Graphics, or similar platforms. Experience with reverse engineering or legacy system sustainment is highly valued.
