Job Description
Our client is growing its team and is seeking a Software Developer to build and enhance specialized healthcare analytics applications used to help hospitals make smarter financial and operational decisions. This is an exciting opportunity to join a small, collaborative team where your work directly impacts meaningful software solutions and where you'll work closely with experienced leadership in a supportive environment. Benefits & Extras 100% company-paid medical and dental premiums for you and your family Quarterly profit-sharing program with cash bonus and SEP-IRA contribution potential 401(k) retirement plan with 4% company match 10 days of accrued PTO, increasing with tenure 9 company-paid holidays Opportunity to work closely with senior leadership in a small, collaborative team Compensation $50,000-$60,000 What You'll Be Doing Design, build, and maintain internal healthcare cost analytics applications Write clean, efficient, maintainable code Troubleshoot bugs, data issues, and performance challenges Collaborate with internal teams to improve system functionality Respond to support requests and help ensure system reliability What You'll Need to be Considered Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Programming, or related field—or equivalent experience .NET and SQL Server experience Understanding of database design, querying, and performance optimization Experience with MS Access/VBA or VB6 is highly valued Healthcare experience is a plus #INDIT
