The Opportunity As part of the Data Management team, you architect and manage master data management (MDM) solutions. As a Director, you set strategic directions, lead business development efforts, and maintain executive-level client relations, focusing on business growth and mentorship. This role involves designing MDM solutions, managing data quality systems, and aligning MDM processes with core business objectives. Responsibilities

• Architect and manage master data management (MDM) solutions
• Set strategic directions for aligning MDM with business goals
• Lead business development efforts to strengthen client relations
• Design and implement MDM solutions to enhance data quality
• Manage data quality systems to support core business objectives
• Mentor team members to cultivate leadership potential
• Drive initiatives that support business growth and innovation
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and technological advancement What You Must Have
• Bachelor's Degree

• Experience with MDM Platforms like SAP, Oracle
• Designing taxonomies and item catalog categories
• Architecting end to end MDM solutions
• Designing MDM solutions and programs
• Experience with MDM publication and consolidation
• Interacting with data quality systems and processes
• Functional business knowledge in specific data domains
• Relating MDM systems to business use cases The salary range for this position is: $155,000
• $410,000.

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
