The
SAP ABAP HR
Payroll Developer will be responsible for enhancing, maintaining, and supporting
SAP ECC 6.0
HR, Payroll, and Organizational Management solutions through advanced ABAP development. The role involves troubleshooting custom code, developing and supporting integrations using SAP CPI/BTP and SAP Process Integration, and ensuring compliance with development standards and business requirements.
Job Responsibilities:
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve syntax errors, defects, and performance issues in existing custom ABAP programs. Develop, modify, and enhance ABAP objects within SAP HR, Payroll, and Organizational Management modules. Create and maintain technical specifications and document all code changes according to development standards. Re-apply and retrofit ABAP modifications during system upgrades and enhancement projects. Perform unit testing and validate code changes to ensure compliance with functional and technical requirements. Design, develop, and support integration solutions between SAP ECC 6.0 and external systems. Build and maintain cloud-based integrations using SAP BTP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI). Develop and support SAP Process Integration (PI) interfaces, including proxies, web services, and message mappings. Collaborate with functional teams, business stakeholders, and technical resources to deliver integration and development solutions. Ensure adherence to SAP development best practices, coding standards, and upgrade strategies.
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum 8 years of hands-on
SAP ABAP
development experience in
SAP ECC 6.0
environments. Strong technical expertise in SAP HR, Payroll, and Organizational Management modules. Proven experience developing integrations using SAP BTP/CPI and SAP Process Integration (PI). Advanced ABAP programming skills, including enhancements, interfaces, reports, conversions, forms, and custom developments. Experience with integration development from SAP ECC 6.0 and SAP BTP Cloud Platform is highly preferred.
