Optomi, in partnership with a leading financial institution, is looking for a Sr Lead Software Engineer to join the Corporate Technology Employee Platforms team at a leading financial institution.

Position Summary:

As a Sr Lead Software Engineer, you will be an integral part of an agile team responsible for enhancing, building, and delivering market-leading technology products. You will lead the Oracle HCM workstream for US payroll, ensuring accurate execution of payroll operations, including tax updates and new initiatives like Big Beautiful Bill. Your role will involve defining scope, deliverables, and milestones, translating business requirements into functional designs, and overseeing the delivery lifecycle.
