Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Blaze FICO Developer with over 10 years of hands-on expertise in decision management and business rule engine technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business rules using Blaze Advisor (FICO), ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability of decisioning systems. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement business rules using Blaze Advisor (FICO) Translate business requirements into technical rule logic and workflows Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, architects, and developers Optimize and maintain rule sets for performance and scalability Perform unit testing, integration testing, and debugging of rule services Integrate Blaze/FICO solutions with enterprise applications (Java-based systems) Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions Ensure compliance with coding standards and best practices Participate in code reviews and technical discussions Required Skills & Qualifications 10+ years of experience in Blaze Advisor / FICO decision management tools Strong understanding of Business Rules Engine (BRE) and Decision Management Systems Proficiency in Java, J2EE, and related frameworks Experience with
