Job Description
Company Overview A growing organization focused on optimizing logistics and warehouse operations through internally developed technology. The software development team operates in a lean, agile environment with fast decision-making, high ownership, and direct business impact. Position Summary Develop, operate, and enhance an in-house Warehouse Management System (WMS). Initially, this role will focus on addressing a growing development backlog while improving development speed and system quality. Responsibilities will later expand to other core internal logistics systems. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain WMS functionality, UI components, and API integrations. Perform detailed design, coding, and unit/integration testing. Gather requirements and operational challenges from warehouse staff and internal stakeholders and translate them into system improvements. Provide operational support, troubleshoot issues, fix bugs, and perform database-related tasks. Recommend architectural and technology improvements for future development. Collaborate within a five-member software development team.
