Do:
Develop, manage, and automate build, testing, and deployment processes to create robust CI/CD pipelines. Design and maintain scalable, reliable infrastructure, including cloud environments (AWS), container orchestration (Kubernetes), and infrastructure as code (IaC). Implement and manage systems for monitoring, logging, and alerting to ensure high availability and promptly troubleshoot production issues. Work closely with software developers, QA, and operations teams to bridge the gap between development and operations and to improve the overall software development lifecycle (SDLC). Oversee security measures and best practices within the DevOps processes to ensure compliance. Contribute to the technical design and strategy for the company's DevOps approach. Guide and train a team of DevOps engineers.
What You Will Bring:
Extensive experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, or a similar role. Deep knowledge of CI/CD, automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform), and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS). Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes). Proficiency in monitoring, logging, and alerting tools (e.g., ELK, Prometheus, Grafana). Strong understanding of networking, security principles, and IaC. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Pay Range:
$105K- $115K Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure.
