Software Engineers - AI Data Infra Startup San Francisco, On-site | $180-220K base, $350-600K OTE | Visa sponsorship available I'm working with a $300M valued Series A AI data infrastructure startup hiring several software engineers. They power frontier model training at the leading AI labs. 8-figure revenue, growing fast. The problem you'd help solve: Frontier AI labs struggle to generate high-quality, hard-reasoning data and to reliably evaluate how their LLMs and agents behave. You'd help build the infrastructure that fixes it. RL environments, human-in-the-loop systems, and experiment pipelines powering data and evaluation for top labs and YC companies.

The team:

Founders out of top-tier quant trading and bulge-bracket finance. Talent-dense team of ex-FAANG, top-trading-firm, and founding engineers. You'll be working with people who've shipped at scale and at pace.

The package:

$180-220K base $350-600K OTE - 4% profit share on contracts in your vertical (avg vertical: $8M at 70% margin) Equity, sign-on available Visa sponsorship and transfers available Senior-level money, 1-3 YOE bar.
