This is the first of a four level job series within the Community Health System's (CHS) Information Systems, Clinical Systems Group. This position provides support for clinical information systems as they apply to clinical care processes, including: analyzing and documenting clinical processes, developing and documenting technical processes, translating user requirements for development teams, participating in system planning, and in vendor product identification/due diligence/selection. Through formal and on-the-job training, position incumbents develop their skills in and functional clinical and systems application knowledge of managing Information Systems development projects. Upon completion of training, incumbents are able to perform basic clinical consulting responsibilities, participate in the on-going support/development and/or improvement of information.Qualifications:
Education Associate's Degree in a Healthcare or Technology related field required High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE) or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate and two (2) years related experience may be substituted for Associate's Degree Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare or Technology Related field preferred Experience 1 year of experience implementing, supporting, or working with clinical systems required Experience in a healthcare related field preferredDisclaimers:
