Full Job Description Job Functions:

Verify and certify our optical and electrical test and measurement instrument products such as Spectroradiometers, Goniophotometers, Illuminance Meters, Photometers, Digital Power Meters, Power Supplies, EMC Generators, and EMC testers, etc.. Establishes optical and electrical measurement methods, following standards, and traceability. Responsible for field applications and customer product development or enhancement. Provides sales and marketing support for the company's growth initiative. Provides technical expertise on product to close on final sale. Develops and maintains comprehensive knowledge of competitive products and their activity in the marketplace and provides reports on a regularly scheduled basis. Designs metric solutions for customers with helps of other departments. Write product application notes and papers for academic and technical publications as well as trade magazines . Be capable of presenting the company's research achievements in prestigious domestic and international academic and industrial standard conferences. Work with sales and marketing team to present and promote our products and services on trade shows Required Qualifications Master's or Ph.D. Degree in Optics, EE or ME. At least 2 years' experience in optical or electrical metrology, instrument designing, manufacturing or, calibration services with NIST traceability. Profound knowledge in light measurement instrument, NIST traceability, national and international lighting measurement standards, optical measurement and electrical testing equipment, power supply and pulse generator. Thorough understanding of traceability, accuracy, precision, systematic bias, and the evaluation of measurement uncertainty. Excellent communication skills Excellent technical writing skills
