Job Description
Salesforce Full Stack Engineer, Senior Blue Shield of CA United States, California, Lodi May 02, 2026 The Application Services team plays a critical role in enhancing customer and technical collaboration while delivering all application development through a Platform and Technology Product Operation Model. The Salesforce Full Stack Engineer, Senior will report to the Manager, Product Line Manager. In this role you will design, develop, and deploy secure, high-quality Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Industries verticals. You'll integrate security and automation throughout the development lifecycle, writing clean Apex code and Lightning Web Components while building robust architecture supporting CI/CD pipelines and automated testing using Salesforce DX. You'll implement DevSecOps best practices for Salesforce platform, manage metadata and configuration as code, and collaborate with business analysts and architects to ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and production ready. This role requires a hands-on Salesforce engineer passionate about code quality, platform automation, and enterprise-grade multi-cloud development. Your Knowledge and Experience Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in enterprise application support and cloud-based solution delivery.
Strong technical acumen and working knowledge of Agile Methods, Service Architecture, and enterprise Cloud Integration
Design and develop full-stack applications on Salesforce platform (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura, Flows, Visualforce, and Omni Studio)
Experience working with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk, Streaming, etc.) and building robust integrations using MuleSoft or similar middleware tools
Hands-on experience with data migration and ETL processes
Familiarity with Data Cloud concepts and ability to work with large-scale, real-time data architecture
Solid experience with JavaScript, along with CSS responsive design practices

SQL/PL-SQL
knowledge and experience with API integrations using Java and other tools. Proficiency in Sales, Service, Salesforce marketing cloud, data cloud and Health cloud preferred Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Bitbucket Pipelines, GitHub Actions) and Infrastructure as Code tools like Ansible to automate cloud deployments. Familiarity with release management, environment management processes. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling the creation, translation, and execution of technical deliverables clearly and effectively Preferred experience in the healthcare industry.Certifications:
