This Software Integration Engineer will be responsible for maintaining Tesla's industry-leading position by delivering the most seamless vehicle access control experience to our customers. The role involves evaluating future technologies while ensuring current production systems perform flawlessly, through close collaboration with cross-functional teams including design (software, electrical, and mechanical), validation, manufacturing, service, and program management. Integration Engineers own the overall functionality and performance of keys and security systems throughout the product lifecycle. This includes working with wireless technologies such as BLE, UWB, and NFC in combination with iOS, Android, and custom devices, while optimizing these systems across multiple vehicle platforms and connected backend services. The work directly supports reliable, secure vehicle access - an essential foundation for Tesla's autonomy features and the broader customer experience.
