About the role In this role, you will design highly scalable and high performing technology solutions in an Agile work environment by developing creative, innovative and sustainable solutions using Agile practices. You will collaborate closely with business support teams, product managers, security and architecture to promote new concepts, principles, and methodologies resolving critical production issues to help simplify and improve business processes through the latest in technology and automation. You are a technical expert and will lead through the requirements gathering, design, development, deployment, and support phases of a product. You will leverage your significant knowledge of our technologies and architecture to influence the direction of the product and organization. What you'll do Influences the vision of the product and organization by leading significant and complex projects that result in high performing technology Develop and enhance software to solve for design success and address future technologies by keeping customer experience at the forefront Lead and model a DevOps mindset by applying automation, continuous integration and continuous delivery in everything we do Foster innovation by applying best practices and learnings from emerging technologies influencing technical direction of the product and organization Provide leadership and guidance to senior levels and lead resource capacity planning Mentor and recognized thought leader creating an environment where people can achieve their best Facilitator and team builder creating a highly collaborative environment and high performing team Who you are Experience with translating organizational goals and product vision to achieve business success Strategic partner and thought leader with experience in influencing all levels and achieving alignment Thought leader within Software Delivery Lifecycle, Security Compliance and Agile and SCRUM methodology and emerging technology stack and platforms Strategic problem solver that is able to lead senior level teams developing creative solutions Expert knowledge of complex software languages and platforms such as Java, Oracle, Azure etc. and emerging languages
Salary Range:
$209,700.00 - $272,600.00 Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements. Benefits at Gap Inc.
