NDTI is seeking an experienced Full-Stack Software Developer to join our team supporting the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division (NSWC PHD). This position will design, develop, deploy, and maintain secure, scalable web applications and supporting cloud infrastructure. The successful candidate will work across the full software development lifecycle, including front-end development, C# back-end services, Azure cloud operations, DevOps automation, and SQL Server database administration. This role requires a versatile developer who can collaborate with technical teams, data scientists, and government stakeholders to translate mission requirements into reliable production solutions. The developer will contribute to application architecture, code quality, automated testing, technical documentation, system performance, cybersecurity, and continuous improvement throughout the development and deployment process.
Other responsibilities include:
Design, develop, test, and maintain responsive web interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js, ensuring usability, cross-browser compatibility, reliable performance, and comprehensive front-end testing. Develop and maintain scalable C# APIs, services, and server-side components that support secure data processing, transformation, integration, and delivery while incorporating business logic, data validation, authentication, authorization, and required security controls. Develop and execute unit and integration tests, diagnose application defects and performance bottlenecks, and implement improvements across front-end, back-end, cloud, database, and integration environments.
