Job Description
We are looking for a
- Senior Quality Architect
- with deep expertise in test automation architecture, AI/ML-driven testing, and presales solutioning to join our Quality Engineering practice.
In this role, you will lead the design and implementation of advanced testing strategies across multiple industry domains, drive the adoption of Gen AI-based testing approaches, and provide technical leadership to enterprise-scale testing initiatives. This is a high-impact position that combines architectural ownership, innovation in AI-driven quality engineering, and direct client engagement. Req # 1076309248
- Responsibilities
- + Collaborate on the design and implementation of test automation architectures, including AI/ML-driven solutions, across domains such as healthcare, finance, insurance, retail, and telecommunications + Define and implement testing standards, best practices, and innovative strategies to improve quality and efficiency across engagements + Leverage Gen AI agents to optimize application testing, design effective prompts, and develop automation validation frameworks + Develop advanced test automation frameworks and support the implementation of data quality and observability solutions + Oversee the integration of Gen AI-based testing approaches in dynamic, multi-domain environments + Create and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium and Playwright, and integrate automated testing solutions into CI/CD pipelines + Collaborate with sales teams to provide technical expertise during presales activities, contributing to proposals and presentations for new business opportunities + Foster collaboration within teams by encouraging the adoption of advanced testing and automation practices + Partner with cross-functional teams to align testing strategies with broader engineering and delivery objectives •Requirements•+ 8+ years of progressive experience in software testing and test automation, including leadership roles at an enterprise scale + Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and tools such as Selenium, Playwright, and API automation platforms + Hands-on experience with AI/ML testing, prompt engineering, and testing with Gen AI agents + Proven experience in software testing across key industries such as healthcare, finance, insurance, retail, and telecommunications + Proficiency in UI, API, white-box, and black-box testing methodologies + Familiarity with MLOps and DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipeline integration + Hands-on experience in presales activities, client presentations, and stakeholder management + Proficiency with project management platforms such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, and Confluence, and version control systems such as GIT + Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication and presentation skills + Demonstrated experience leading testing initiatives and mentoring technical teams at scale •Nice to have•+ Experience designing and implementing data quality and observability solutions + Familiarity with cloud-based testing infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or GCP + Relevant industry certifications such as ISTQB, AWS or Azure DevOps, or Agile/Scrum certifications + Experience contributing to Quality Engineering practice development or Center of Excellence initiatives + Experience working in a global delivery model with onshore and offshore teams •We offer•+ Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance (Subsidized) + Health Savings Account + Flexible Spending Accounts (Healthcare, Dependent Care, Commuter) + Short-Term and Long-Term Disability (Company Provided) + Life and AD&D Insurance (Company Provided) + Employee Assistance Program + Unlimited access to LinkedIn learning solutions + Matched 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan + Paid Time Off - the employee will be eligible to accrue 15-25 paid days, depending on specific level and tenure with EPAM (accrual eligibility may change over time) + Paid Holidays - nine (9) total per year + Legal Plan and Identity Theft Protection + Accident Insurance + Employee Discounts + Pet Insurance + Employee Stock Purchase Program + If otherwise eligible, participation in the discretionary annual bonus program + If otherwise eligible and hired into a qualifying level, participation in the discretionary Long-Term Incentive (LTI) Program •This Remote Position Cannot be Performed in New York City.

The range provided reflects base salary only. Individual compensation offers within the range are based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to: geographic location, experience, credentials, education, training; the demand for the role; and overall business and labor market considerations. Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed.
Salary range:
