Key Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and delivery of large-scale, reliable, and maintainable front-end applications. Build enterprise-grade, responsive user experiences using React.js, Redux, JavaScript, and modern front-end development practices. Partner with business stakeholders, product managers, architects, and engineering teams to translate requirements into practical, scalable technical solutions. Make sound technical decisions involving application architecture, component design, state management, build tooling, performance, and maintainability. Adapt quickly to new technologies, tools, and changing priorities while maintaining a strong focus on customer experience and delivery quality. Facilitate brainstorming and technical design sessions that encourage experimentation, collaboration, and innovation. Motivate and mentor team members, share engineering best practices, and support managers in guiding individual career growth. Establish and uphold standards for code quality, testing, peer reviews, documentation, security, accessibility, and release readiness. Identify and resolve complex technical issues across development, build, testing, and deployment workflows. Participate actively in Agile delivery activities, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives. Communicate technical direction, risks, trade-offs, and progress clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Skill Requirements Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Five or more years of experience developing web applications with front-end technologies and associated testing tools and methodologies. At least three years of hands-on experience developing React.js applications using Redux. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, React.js, Redux, Node.js, Webpack, and related front-end development tools. Strong understanding of modern front-end build pipelines, package management, modular architecture, and development workflows. Demonstrated experience building enterprise-grade, responsive web applications. Proven ability to lead the delivery of large-scale, high-quality systems. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into effective technical designs and implementation plans. Experience working in Agile environments with shared accountability to a software development team. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a record of making sound technical decisions and clearly explaining trade-offs. Other Requirements Experience with TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, reusable component libraries, and accessible user interface development. Experience with front-end testing frameworks and libraries such as Jest, React Testing Library, Jasmine, Mocha, or Chai. Knowledge of application security, web performance analysis, and front-end performance tuning. Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines, source control, and automated quality checks.
