• 15 Days Essential functions Design, develop, and maintain scalable front-end and back-end applications for AI-powered contract workflows.

Build responsive user interfaces for contract upload, search, review, comparison, annotation, approval tracking, and analytics dashboards. Develop secure APIs and backend services to support document processing, AI inference, user management, workflow orchestration, and third-party integrations. Create robust data pipelines for ingesting, parsing, indexing, and storing contract documents and related metadata. Ensure applications are performant, reliable, maintainable, and scalable across enterprise use cases. Qualifications 4+ years of software engineering experience , including full-stack application development. 2+ years of experience building AI/ML, NLP, document intelligence, or LLM-based applications. Experience working with contract lifecycle management, legal technology, enterprise document workflows, or contract analytics . Strong proficiency in at least one backend language such as Python, Java, Node.js, TypeScript, Go, or C# . Front-end experience with frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue, or Next.js . Experience building REST APIs, GraphQL APIs, microservices, or event-driven architectures. Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, vector search, RAG pipelines, and AI orchestration frameworks. Experience with document parsing, OCR, PDF processing, structured data extraction, or semantic search. Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB, or Elasticsearch . Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud . Understanding of software security, privacy, access controls, auditability, and data protection requirements.
