Mentor the pod's Mid QE and coordinate test cycles with the Pod Lead and engineers. Report quality risk and coverage gaps to the Delivery Manager and Pod Lead. Qualifications 6-9 years of QE experience, including at least one distributed-systems or offline-first product. Strong test-strategy / test-architecture background — this role designs the strategy, not just executes it. Hands-on with UI automation (Selenium WebDriver) and API testing (Postman or comparable) to build/own automation frameworks that go well beyond simple "record and replay" scripts. Comfortable defining test coverage across both an on-device application layer and backend AWS services.
