POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a motivated Junior Software Developer to join our growing technology team. This role is ideal for an early-career professional eager to build hands-on experience in business application development and support, and who is looking for a place to grow where long-term commitments/contributions and professional development are rewarded. The successful candidate will assist in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software solutions while learning industry best practices in software engineering, cloud technologies, and application development. The Junior Software Developer will work closely with experienced team members in collaborative environment that encourages continuous learning and professional growth.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Application Development Develop and maintain custom ERP using C#, WPF, Blazor, and T-SQL with clear separation of UI, business logic, and data layers Implement business logic in a dedicated business layer following CSLA-based architecture principles Design a build thin, well-defined RESTful APIs Support backend systems for aerospace workflows (inventory, compliance, reporting) Debug and resolve issues to ensure performance, reliability, and accuracy Design and implement reports, dashboards, and BI tools (Power BI, Report Builder, SSAS, SQL) to support data analysis and operational reporting DevOps & Deployment Support CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions (build, test, and deployment automation) Use Git/GitHub workflows including branching, pull requests, and code reviews Build and deploy Docker containerized applications Assist with environment management across dev, staging, and production Security & Best Practices Apply secure coding practices (authentication, authorization, CORS, HTTPS, CSP) Participate in security-focused code reviews and documentation efforts Ensure code and work methods conform to all cybersecurity requirements (CMMC, ITAR, NIST) Maintain and build runbooks and technical documentation for services and APIs Work within a Linux/Unix environment using command-line tools Contribute ideas to improve architecture, design, and product direction Assist with building and maintaining clean data structures to support applications and reporting
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Candidates located in California or Texas; preferred Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field - or equivalent practical experience Basic knowledge of C# and .NET (coursework, projects, or internships) Familiarity with Git (commits, branches, merges, pull requests) Understanding of Restful APIs (HTTP methods, JSON, status codes) Awareness of layered architecture concepts (UI, business logic, data access separation) Exposure to Docker or container basics Comfort using Linux/Unix command line Familiarity with Microsoft ecosystem Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn Ability to collaborate in a small team environment

  • Applies paint to parts as directed by job orders.
  • Identifies and coats areas that are inaccessible to hand sprayer.

  • Will complete visual inspection of masking on parts to ensure consistency as well as inspect for damaged product.
  • Completes necessary paperwork.

  • Ability to communicate, read, and understand English.
  • Basic math skills.

Position Summary:
The primary responsibility of the Certified Non-Destruct Test Technician Level 2 is to test and inspect parts and assemblies for defects using automated and manual methods and techniques including radiography, ultrasound, penetrant, eddy current, laser shearography and magnetic particle.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential functions are the core duties or tasks that the employee will perform. List the duties that are central to performing the most basic functions of the job. Adherence to safety procedures/guidelines at all times. Maintain safety precautions at all times. Keep work area in a clean and orderly condition. Perform specific inspections and specific evaluations for acceptance or rejection determinations according to written instructions and to record results. Perform NDT Examinations in conjunction with receipt and in-process inspections on material purchased for use in fabrication. Familiar with the tools and equipment and shall have demonstrated proficiency in their use. Capable of determining the calibration status of inspection and measuring equipment is in proper condition for use, and that inspection, examination and test procedures are approved. Capable of assisting production in the set-up of material and/or components for receipt inspection, as required. Train other individuals as required by management.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS & ABILITIES
Must demonstrate the ability to read the equivalent of the size and letters of the Jaeger I chart at a minimum distance of 12 inches and distinguish and differentiate the contrasts between colors illustrated on an Ishihara Test Chart. Inspection personnel shall be able to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects weighing up to 50 pounds. May work alone with minimal supervision or with other personnel. Inspection personnel shall possess fundamental written and verbal communication skills. Inspection personnel shall be fluent (written and verbal) in the English language. Computer skills, especially familiarity with MS Office applications, are necessary. Comfortable working in fast paced team environment.

REQUIRED EDUCATION
Required:
High School diploma or equivalent with at least 2 years of inspection related experience.
Preferred:
2 years of inspection related experience.
MINIMUM AND PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Must be qualified to be certified as a Level 2 to NAS 410 in one or more of the following NDT Methods that will be utilized: Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection (FPI). Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI). Certified Level 2 Magnetic Particle Inspector is a MUST. Ability to communicate, read, and understand English. Ability to read blue prints/drawings Ability to follow precise instructions. Ability to work around hazardous chemicals. Must have excellent hand/eye coordination. Ability to work well with others as part of a team. Able to multi-task and open to working overtime.

POSITION SUMMARY
Under the direction of the department Supervisor/Manager, the Helper/Laborer is responsible for putting parts on and off the racks so that they may be prepped and ready for plating process, prepare and package parts, as well as perform general duties within the department.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Places parts on and off racks as needed.
  • Performs bending of aluminum wires on racks to ensure parts are secure and adequately placed.
  • Tightens bolts and screws with equipment and tools on saddle racks to ensure they are secure.
  • May assist the Plater in cleaning tanks.
  • Performs visual inspection of parts to ensure no over plating.
  • Use air hose to dry parts upon completion of plating cycle.
  • Prepares and packages parts for shipping.
  • Adheres to safety regulations.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
  • Comfortable using basic tools (i.e. wire cutters and air hose).
  • Comfortable working on a platform with tanks of acid and chemicals.
  • Ability to pay attention to detail and follow precise instructions.
