Position Summary:
The E-Business Suite Developer is a senior technical role responsible for the architecture, design, development, enhancement, and ongoing support of complex Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) solutions. This role requires deep, hands-on expertise in Oracle EBS technical development, including PL/SQL, Oracle Forms & Reports, OA Framework, Oracle Workflow, BI Publisher, and integrations. The position plays a key role in delivering scalable, secure, and maintainable enterprise solutions and supporting critical business operations across multiple functional areas.

KEY JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the design, development, and support of complex Oracle
EBS RICEW
components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows) Provide advanced technical support in a production environment, including root cause analysis and resolution of complex system and data issues Design and implement integrations, EDI solutions, and interfaces using Oracle APIs, open interfaces, and web services Develop and support reports, data conversions, and batch processes aligned with business requirements Optimize system performance through
SQL/PLSQL
tuning, indexing strategies, and execution plan analysis Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, DBAs, and IT teams to translate requirements into technical solutions Serve as a senior technical contributor, guiding design standards, code quality, and deployment practices Maintain deep knowledge of Oracle EBS modules such as Order Management, Inventory, AR/AP, General Ledger, HRMS, and Service/Depot Repair Participate in technical design reviews, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives Ensure compliance with internal control standards, including JSOX requirements Document solutions, support testing, and ensure production readiness and stability Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Minimum 5+ years of Oracle E-Business Suite technical development experience
