Responsibilities for Solutions Consultant III include but are not limited to:
  • identify trends of solution issues across users/partners/clients and collaborate with internal teams (e.g., engineering) to mitigate risks in the future. Contribute to developing initiatives and practices to improve solution delivery, develop new delivery workflows, and drive solution innovation.
  • define business opportunities, product gaps, and long-term solution strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams and influence the direction and priority of technical product features and/or the solution.
  • Update existing solution content or create repeatable content (e.g., best practices rmendations, tutorials, blog articles) and ensure effective documentation of repeatable solutions. Contribute to building BEPs and own reprioritization/alignment of tasks.
  • Manage project planning, status reporting, timeline estimation, issue tracking, meeting facilitation, and project documentation. Manage project work and drive working groups effectively.
  • Collaborate with manager-level stakeholders to develop optimal solutions for undefined problems and secure buy-in on proposed solutions. coach internal and external teams on new solutions/systems, user/partner/client ecosystem, and industry landscape. manage and balance escalations to and from stakeholders.
  • Build, maintain, and identify strategic relationships with stakeholders in user/partner/client/internalanizations to deliver or manage quality solutions and services. Advise on best practices to optimize their use of technology to support internal stakeholder/client business processes. Identify relationships and seek out new opportunities through consultation and engagement.
  • execute and sustain solutions based on user/partner/client business objectives and technical requirements that have been previously defined, developed, and approved.
  • generate partner insights and participate in business reviews with partners to formulate partner strategies. provide proactive consultation to partners to identify new business opportunities. Contribute to the execution of partner strategies to adopt our technologies.
  • assess and identify gaps and issues in current products based on user feedback or metrics analysis and quantify impact of solving/the consequences of leaving issues unsolved.
Communicate product gaps and issues to internal teams (e.g., Product Management, Business Development, Engineering). Contribute to solving gaps and issues by contribution that can take the form of developing, validating, and documenting new features/solutions for internal or external products.
  • leverage, customize, or develop technical or nontechnical solutions based on undefined user/partner/client business objectives that arepliant with legal.
Contribute to discussions with internal teams and users/partners/clients to define solution constraints and scope. articulate the value of solutions through design sessions with the user/partner/client. Pay Details:
