PROJECT SCOPE
Software Project Engineer or Project Manager will wear multiple hats : Agile Scrum Master, SAFe facilitator, Agile coach, Design History File (DHF) coordinator, team leader, mentor, and change agent. Should have strong organizational skills & JIRA, Scrum Master and SAFe release train engineer (RTE) activities Ability to work through SOPs and established development processes.
REQUIREMENTS
MSCS/BSCS or related 4-year degree 4+ years experience as a Software Project Engineer/Project Manager Serve as Scrum Master and support Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) release train engineering (RTE) activities Facilitate and coordinate Design History File (DHF) documentation Communication and ability to work through SOPs and established development processes. Organizational Skills and JIRA familiarity Working cross-functionally with hardware and test teams serving as liaison to program management Working cross-site globally serving as liaison across teams (Israel & US) Facilitate Agile and SAFe ceremonies and processes to help teams plan, execute, and deliver value Foster an environment for high-performing team dynamics and continuous flow. Provide regular and open communication across stakeholders for transparency and awareness of progress Support program-level coordination by developing and maintaining timelines, milestones, and release plans Identify, visualize, and coordinate upstream and downstream dependencies, risks, and impediments Work with team and product owners to ensure a high quality of features in the backlog Use feedback and metrics to support delivery, identify improvement opportunities, and help teams implement practical solutions Experience working in engineering, R D Strong knowledge and experience in an Agile environment Ability to communicate effectively in writing, verbally, and interpersonally with all levels of the organization, HIGHLY DESIRED (NOT required): Experience in the medical devices , biotech , big pharma, or other regulated industry Any agile/PM certifications: SAFe, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMP, or equivalent Thanks, Bob A.
