- Generating and simulating operational level plans to explore the art of the possible, how we could defend the ultimate high ground in a future space war
- Dynamically optimizing both terrestrial and space-based sensors to provide comprehensive space domain awareness
- Strategically optimizing the placement and maneuvering of constellations of satellites to satisfy multiple, evolving priorities Our team leverages industry standard open-source software solutions such as GitLab, Kubernetes, and Helm.
- Development experience with any of the following programming languages: Java or Python
- Experience working with Linux(Red Hat Enterprise Linux preferred)
- Experience working in SAFe Agile development environment, using tools such as JIRA and Confluence
- Familiarity with the Space Domain
- Ability to communicate effectively and work in a collaborative environment
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing at a professional level
- Demonstrated ability to establish strong team relationships and deliver exceptional results
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
- Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery
- Must be a US Citizen; Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access ## Desired Skills
- Experience with application containerization (Kubernetes, Helm, Docker, Containerd) in a cloud environment (AWS, Azure, OpenStack, OpenShift)
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Ansible, Terraform, or Packer
- Experience with CI/CD - Deployment pipelines, automated build, and configuration tools (Gitlab, ArgoCD)

SpaceNSS Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range:
