Duties:
Represents the Head, Executive Directors and Directors at major meetings and technical conferences with other government and non-government representatives, with broad powers as defined by the Head, Executive Directors and Directors to commit SOHE to a course of action. Facilitates, leads, advises and/or serves as a member of interagency vendor workgroups and user groups. Provides technical advice and counsel to the SOHE Heads, Executives Directors and Directors on short and long-range efforts in the direction, management, and coordination of projects in support of SSA's programs and policies. Conducts and/or leads analyses of proposed improvements or enhancements to SSA operations. Leads procurement and implementation efforts of new software and hardware. Plans, directs, and/or conducts complex, sensitive and/or confidential studies which involve resolving critical problems in existing or future systems, and which require innovative solutions in many aspects of the studies.
