Pay Range:

$50 - $52/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline. Significant professional experience in software engineering and enterprise application development. Experience working within mainframe environments. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), design principles, and system integration. Experience with code reviews, testing methodologies, debugging, and defect resolution. Ability to analyze complex technical issues and implement sustainable solutions. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Experience with:

z/OS PLX Assembler Mainframe development and support tools Experience supporting print services, document processing, or batch-processing systems. Knowledge of enterprise production support environments. Experience leading technical initiatives or mentoring junior engineers. Exposure to process automation, tooling, and continuous improvement initiatives.
