• Design, develop, and configure agentic solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem using Agentforce and Agent Script.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create Retrieval-Augmented Generation solutions that automate screen-based processes.
• Develop solutions and write to data objects in Data Cloud/Data360 to enable robust reporting and observability.
• Participate actively in design discussions, contributing to the establishment of best practices.
• Represent the development team in daily Scrum meetings, effectively communicating technical concepts to business stakeholders.
• Influence and coordinate with offshore development teams to ensure timely and consistent project delivery. Required Skills and Experience
• Hands-on, mid-to-senior-level Salesforce development experience.
• Proficiency in Agentforce, Agent Script, and Data Cloud/Data360.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
