Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Solutions Architect for a long-term contract opportunity in Newington, Connecticut. This position will lead the strategy, architecture, and global deployment of workforce management solutions, with a strong focus on time and attendance systems and related payroll technologies.

The Senior Solutions Architect will partner closely with teams across Human Resources, Payroll, Information Technology, Enterprise Architecture, business leadership, and third-party vendors to design scalable, compliant, and efficient solutions that support global operations and business objectives.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead the planning, design, and deployment of workforce management solutions across multiple countries, regions, and business units.

Translate business, payroll, and operational requirements into scalable solution architectures that enhance timekeeping and attendance processes.

Oversee system configuration activities, including pay rules, accrual structures, scheduling logic, and other workforce management capabilities.

Partner with internal teams and external vendors to deliver integrations with Workday, payroll platforms, and other enterprise applications.

Manage timelines, priorities, interdependencies, and risk mitigation efforts across simultaneous country-specific rollouts.

Collaborate with implementation partners and vendors to ensure project quality, troubleshoot issues, and maintain delivery milestones.

Ensure solutions align with local labor laws, payroll regulations, collective bargaining agreements, union rules, and works council requirements.

Develop implementation roadmaps, rollout strategies, project updates, business cases, and executive-level presentations.

Support organizational readiness through change management, stakeholder communication, user adoption efforts, and global process harmonization
