6 Months Job Description We are looking for an experienced Senior Java/Python Software Engineer with 8+ years of hands-on experience to design, build, and maintain high-performance, scalable systems. In this role, you will work on enterprise backend infrastructure, leveraging Java for core enterprise microservices and distributed systems, while using Python for data processing, automation, rapid prototyping, and API integrations.

Key Responsibilities System Architecture & Design:

Architect, build, and optimize scalable, low-latency microservices and RESTful/gRPC APIs using Java (Spring Boot) and Python (FastAPI/Django/Flask).

Polyglot Integration:

Integrate Java enterprise backend services with Python-based data pipelines, analytics engines, and machine learning models.

Performance Tuning:

Troubleshoot complex performance bottlenecks, memory leaks, and concurrency issues across JVM and Python execution environments.

Database Management:

Design schema migrations, optimize complex SQL queries, and manage NoSQL storage solutions for high-throughput transactional and analytical applications.

Code Quality & Technical Leadership:

Lead technical code reviews, promote TDD (Test-Driven Development), mentor junior developers, and enforce standard engineering best practices. Required Skills Strong hands-on experience in Java and Spring Boot. Python development experience. SQL database development and query optimization. Azure cloud experience. Microservices and distributed systems architecture. RESTful and gRPC API development. Experience with FastAPI, Django, or Flask. Performance tuning and troubleshooting. DevOps and CI/CD practices. Technical leadership and code review experience.
