The ideal candidate will have strong backend development experience and the ability to build scalable, high-performance applications. Must-Haves 7+ years of professional software development experience. Strong hands-on experience with Java and J2EE . Experience designing and developing microservices-based applications . Strong understanding of multithreading and concurrency in Java. Experience developing, debugging, and maintaining enterprise-level backend applications. Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and application performance optimization. Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and maintain Java/J2EE applications. Build and enhance scalable microservices-based solutions. Implement multithreaded applications to support performance and concurrent processing. Troubleshoot application issues and optimize performance and reliability. Collaborate with developers, architects, QA, and business stakeholders. Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and Agile development activities. Nice-to-Haves Experience with Spring Boot and Spring Framework. RESTful API development and integration. Experience with SQL databases and ORM frameworks such as Hibernate. Familiarity with messaging technologies such as Kafka or RabbitMQ. Experience with Git, Maven/Gradle, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing. Exposure to cloud platforms and containerization technologies such as AWS, Azure, Docker, or Kubernetes.
