Job Description We are seeking a Senior UiPath Developer to play a critical hands-on role within the RPA team in the Digital Experience (DX) function at a MedTech company. This is a mission‑critical, senior individual contributor role within a fast‑paced Healthcare Technology environment. You will be responsible for designing, building, enhancing, and supporting complex UiPath automations, including developing new solutions (Greenfield) and stabilizing or modernizing existing legacy automations (Brownfield). This role requires deep technical expertise in UiPath development, strong problem‑solving skills, and the ability to collaborate closely with architects, business stakeholders, and cross‑functional technology teams. You are a highly skilled developer who understands that RPA is part of a broader automation ecosystem. You can challenge requirements constructively, contribute to solution design discussions, and deliver resilient, scalable automations that align with enterprise standards.
