Commercial Plumbing Project Manager Full‑Time | Commercial Construction Are you a plumbing pro who loves seeing commercial projects come together from the ground up? We're looking for a Commercial Plumbing Project Manager who knows how to lead jobs, coordinate teams, and keep projects running smoothly from pre‑con to closeout. If you've worked on commercial plumbing projects and enjoy collaborating with field teams, GCs, and clients, we'd love to talk. What You'll Be Doing Manage commercial plumbing projects from kickoff through completion Coordinate with general contractors, inspectors, engineers, and internal field crews Oversee schedules, budgets, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and closeout documents Review drawings and specs to ensure accurate execution Track job costs and keep projects on time and on budget Attend project meetings and provide clear updates to leadership Support field teams and help solve issues before they become problems What We're Looking For 5+ years of experience in commercial plumbing or mechanical construction Previous experience as a Plumbing Project Manager , Mechanical PM, or Superintendent Strong understanding of: Underground & above‑ground plumbing systems Commercial codes and drawings Multi‑trade coordination Great communication and organization skills Comfortable managing multiple commercial projects at once Plumbing license or trade background preferred but not required Types of Projects Commercial buildings Multifamily / mixed‑use Healthcare, schools, or hospitality (experience here is a plus)
