This role requires a strong background in .NET development, particularly working with legacy C# / Visual Basic systems, as well as modern development practices. The ideal candidate is a high quality, productive developer who can independently analyze requirements, estimate effort, development tasks, and provide consistent progress updates. • strong backend development experience, ideally modern .NET versions Microservices architecture
• design, development, deployment, and support of independently deployable services RESTful API development
• API design, versioning, authentication, error handling, and integration patterns MuleSoft integration experience
• integrating .NET services with MuleSoft APIs and enterprise systems API-led integration concepts
• understanding of system, process, and experience APIs SQL / relational databases
• strong SQL development, troubleshooting, data validation, and performance tuning Azure experience, particularly: Azure App Service Azure Functions Azure SQL Application Insights Azure Key Vault Authentication and authorization
• OAuth/OIDC, tokens, API security, and identity integration JSON/XML and asynchronous integration patterns Production support and troubleshooting
