About the Opportunity ZipStaff is seeking an experienced HubSpot Architect to support a large-scale digital transformation initiative for a leading enterprise technology organization. This role is ideal for a senior technical professional who has deep expertise in HubSpot CMS, enterprise web architecture, integrations, and digital experience platforms . You'll lead architecture decisions, design scalable solutions, and help modernize enterprise web platforms while collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams. What You'll Do Design and implement enterprise-grade solutions using HubSpot CMS and the broader HubSpot platform. Define architecture and migration strategies for modern digital experience and CMS platforms. Design API and integration architectures connecting HubSpot with enterprise applications. Evaluate business requirements and recommend scalable technical solutions. Collaborate with developers, architects, product teams, and business stakeholders. Lead technical design discussions and provide architectural guidance throughout the project lifecycle. Support Agile delivery teams through solution design, sprint planning, and implementation. Ensure solutions follow best practices for security, scalability, maintainability, and performance. Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise web platforms. 5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Architect, Lead Developer, or similar technical leadership role. Hands-on experience with HubSpot CMS Hub and the broader HubSpot platform. Experience designing enterprise CMS architectures and migration strategies. Strong experience designing

REST API

integrations. Strong knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript. Experience with modern web application architectures. Experience working within Agile and DevOps environments. Preferred Qualifications Experience with enterprise digital experience platforms (DXP). Experience integrating HubSpot with CRM, ERP, or marketing automation platforms. Experience with cloud-based architectures. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. HubSpot certifications are highly desirable.
