In this role, you will be at the forefront of designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications and systems that drive our business forward. Your expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies will enable you to create seamless user experiences while ensuring robust system architecture. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge cloud infrastructure, microservices architecture, and a variety of programming languages to deliver high-quality software solutions. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about building impactful software, this role is perfect for you! Duties Develop and maintain front-end and back-end web applications. Develop backend services using Python, Django, Django REST Framework, and/or FastAPI. Build responsive user interfaces using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3. Design and maintain PostgreSQL databases. Develop and integrate REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, XML/SOAP, and OAuth 2.0 integrations. Troubleshoot application, database, and integration issues. Write clean, maintainable, testable, and well-documented code. Participate in code reviews and software development best practices. Implement automated testing and CI/CD pipelines. Work with Git, GitHub, Docker, Linux, AWS, and/or Microsoft Azure. Apply authentication, authorization, role-based access, audit logging, and secure credential management. Collaborate with operations, finance, and business teams to understand system requirements. Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve operational efficiency.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Experience with Docker and Linux. Experience with AWS or Microsoft Azure. Experience with GitHub Actions or similar CI/CD tools. Experience with pytest, Playwright, or Cypress. Experience with software security and access-control best practices. Experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, or aviation is a plus. Experience with business process automation is a plus. Spanish language skills are a plus.
