You will be responsible for planning, designing, building, testing, and deploying software applications. Your expertise in C#, HTML, jQuery, and JSON will be crucial in developing critical products for our clients and providing excellent technical support. Analyze requirements, perform functional design, and code features to enhance product capabilities, security, performance, and market position. Be able to work with a system stack comprised of .Net Framework (C#), .Net Core (C#), MS SQL Server, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, and DevExpress toolkit. Conduct software testing and quality checks to ensure an error-free and functional final product across multiple browsers. Create and maintain secure IIS based websites and related web applications. Test applications and websites on different web browsers to ensure standard user experience for clients across all platforms. Develop and maintain back-end database structures, including tables, queries, and stored procedures, for web applications. Recommend improvements to existing software as necessary. Provide end user and client technical support in a fast-paced environment.

Experience:

Bachelors/ Master's Degree or equivalent technical training. 5-10 years of software development experience utilizing Microsoft technology

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining, updating and expanding a web-based title research production used by title agencies, law firms, tile searchers and closing agents in multiple states
• Analysis, requirements, functional design and coding of features and functions to enhance the product's capabilities, security, performance, and position within the Title Insurance software marketplace
• System stack comprised of .Net Framework, .Net Core (C#), MS SQL Server, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, DevExpress toolkit
• Conduct software testing and quality assurance to ensure an error-free and functional final product across multiple browsers
• Creating and maintaining secure IIS based websites and related web applications
• Testing the applications and websites on different web browsers to ensure user experience for the clients across all platforms.
• Develop and maintain database structures including tables, queries, stored procedures, etc. for use by applications
• Recommend improvements to existing software as necessary
• Investigate and propose new technologies to ensure the software platform remains modern and robust
• Participate in requirements, design, and product discussions
• Work collaboratively with internal teams, including support, marketing, product, and senior leadership
• Assist with helpdesk monitoring and initial ticket evaluations for escalation
• Provide technical assistance related to software applications and systems, helping troubleshoot user-reported issues when necessary
• Occasionally assist with basic IT support tasks, ensuring smooth system operations for internal users

Skills and Qualifications:

• In-depth knowledge of

IIS, ASP.NET

framework, C#, and MS SQL.

• Comfortable troubleshooting basic technical issues for internal users when needed.
• Strong knowledge of database tables, queries, stored procedures, and indexes.
• Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and XML across major browsers (IE, Edge, Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc.).
• Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills to rapidly determine root causes.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills related to coding, development, and testing phases.
• Familiarity with source control, team-oriented development, and release deployment.
• Flexible and effective in working closely with business stakeholders in an agile-like work setting.
• Ability to interface with business partners and customers as needed.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with Azure and migrating on-premises software to the cloud is a plus.
• Familiarity with DevExpress toolkit and UX design tools is a plus.

Real estate, title industry, and/or title software experience preferred.

Pay:

$80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
