The Full Stack Software Engineer will leverage their strong technical background and knowledge to support the Sponsor's system accreditation efforts, to include creating Body of Evidence (BOE) documentation, responding to/implementing/documenting required controls, and completing required tasks/actions. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Develop applications designed to enhance user interfaces, enable operators, and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of operating tasks. Involves identifying areas where technology can improve current processes through automation and advanced data management. Participate in the full software development life cycle, including the architecture, development, testing, and deployment of secure software solutions. Design, prototype, and implement applications using web technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, HTML5, and CSS. Utilize Python and web frameworks like Django to build user-friendly and accessible applications. Collaborate with Data Analysts, Scientists, and Engineers to create, troubleshoot, and recommend appropriate user interface capabilities. Collaborate with customers to enhance user experience and ensure all implementation requirements are met.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Professional experience with front-end technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js Professional experience with back-end programming languages such as Java, Python, or C# Proficiency in implementing core architectural and design patterns, such as MVC (Model-View-Controller) for separation of concerns, RESTful API design for scalable communications, and common creational/behavioral patterns like Singleton, Factory, and Observer to ensure codebase maintainability and efficient state management across the stack. Experience designing and interacting with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB Proficiency with version control systems such as Git Experience creating and maintaining complex technical documentation to support system accreditation and security compliance.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP certification). Experience with the cyber risk and compliance automation tools. Experience deploying and managing applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Experience using Generative AI APIs Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization technologies including Docker and Kubernetes Familiarity with Agile and Scrum software development methodologies

Clearance Requirements:

An active Secret clearance is required with the ability to obtain and maintain

TS/SCI Physical Requirements:

You must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. You will need to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets and office machinery.
