Empath Health i s seeking a proactive and detail-oriented AI Developer to optimize and support our Salesforce platform across the organization. In this role, you'll partner closely with business stakeholders and IT to enhance system functionality, improve data integrity, and drive user adoption. This is a high-impact position where you will help shape how Salesforce supports key business processes, reporting, and strategic initiatives within a mission-driven healthcare environment. What you'll Do Design and deliver end-to-end AI/ML solutions, from data ingestion and modeling to deployment and monitoring Build and scale modern AI architectures, including generative AI, LLMs, and RAG-based applications Develop APIs, microservices, and integration layers to embed AI into enterprise systems Lead evaluation and implementation of AI tools, platforms, and frameworks across the organization Establish MLOps practices including automated pipelines, model governance, and performance monitoring Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into AI-driven solutions with measurable ROI Why Join Empath Health?

What You'll Need Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field 5+ years of software development experience, including 2+ years building AI/ML solutions Strong experience with AI/ML frameworks, cloud platforms, and scalable system architecture Hands-on experience with APIs, microservices, containerization, and large-scale data processing Solid understanding of data engineering concepts and AI lifecycle management Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills What You'll Find at Empath Health Unified in empathy, we serve our communities through extraordinary Full Life Care for All.
