JOB DUTIES
Responsible for leading the architecture of the B2B Website CES systems and working collaboratively with different stakeholders of the organization. Work with the business and technology team members to design, test, evaluate, and support interfaces using UI/UX, integration, and related tools. Lead projects/scope of projects by performing communication, coordination, and technical support activities to develop, implement and maintain bi-directional connectivity among CES, customer, and provider systems. Lead/drive the product development process and ensure the product aligns with the business objectives and customer needs. Responsible for overall front-end architecture; establish and evangelize global best practices framework around front-end technologies. Design detailed solutions within the eCommerce UI & backend engineering team for eCommerce integrations technologies. Integrate, develop, and manage backend eCommerce architecture to make sure CES offers best in class B2B solution. Work in conjunction with the business and technical team to articulate the technical CES system solution and help build consensus around the eCommerce solution. Architect the CES website and internal system solution from a technical perspective and validate that the proposed technical architecture can be implemented successfully. Work collaboratively with the technical teams to make sure key functions and integration points between CES websites and backend systems are properly implemented and supported. Participate in the architecture, development, and documentation of all software integrations and lead all unit testing of our eCommerce and CES business processes. Build integrations to support sales and operations such as order process flow, sales support integration, CRM (customer relationship management), ERP (enterprise resource planning), and various back end and internal processes. Ensure compliance with application management strategy, architecture, standards, and processes. Utilize best practices in security, project management, change management, design, and development. Lead and drive tasks to completion, including development work with third party software vendors and testing for outsourced system integrations. Make recommendations and work with third party vendors on integrations for CES systems and communicate changes with all parties involved. Scope and document ongoing BSS/OSS/eCommerce functional projects/improvements. Test and deploy functional projects/improvements. Provide ServiceNow and ManageEngine management.
REQUIREMENTS
Master's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science or closely related field and one (1) year of experience in the job or as an IT Product Specialist, Global Hub Architect/Database Administrator or closely related occupation within the telecommunications industry responsible for providing technical support and managing enterprise Global Hub (GH) platform, including technical design and development of new business requirements and functionalities. Must have project management experience leading innovation across enterprise international network(s). Experience must include integrating GH with SSO, Netcracket, FM, Service Inventory platforms and advanced rest APIs catalog. Must have experience applying/utilizing Oracle Database Administration, Oracle e-Business Suite, Azure cloud architecture, ETL management architecture, SAP, B2B platforms, Agile methodology, Python, ServiceNow, ManageEngine, DevOps-CI/CD, AWS, Java (Spring Boot).
