JOB DUTIES
Play a meaningful role within the Operation/Presales Department in building long-term business relationships with clients. Play an integral part of the sales team to drive the adoption of the company's services to meet sales and revenue goals by closing enterprise opportunities within accounts and building deep, consultative technical relationships with customers. Responsible for the creation of technical presentations, architecture and proposals covering voice, data, cloud, video analytics and tailored solutions to support presales activities for internal teams and external clients. Define and design customized, forward-looking solutions that empower customers to achieve their long-term business objectives. Engage with key partners and customers in the collaborative development of innovative telecom solutions. Collaborate with the product department to drive innovation within the company's portfolio, incorporating trending requirements and cutting-edge technologies. Present company's value proposition, technologies, strategy, and product roadmaps to all levels including executives, technical management, and technical engineers. Visit customers to provide technical support in sales presentations and demonstrations of highly complex company products, services and solutions, as well as the installation and maintenance of company products and services to ensure the solution is functioning as designed. Lead the technical discussions in client meetings across multiple levels and disciplines to identify business and technical needs, issues and priorities. Formulate responses to customer inquiries/questions concerning highly complex system. Design technical solutions involving new and emerging technologies. Visit and meet with customers to engage in sales activities. Communicate with customers related to proposed solutions/sales. Develop strategic plans related to the customer and the proposed solutions/sales. Prepare proposals, presentations, or bids, including developing pricing strategies. Research and develop customer solutions with company's external partners, including design and engineering. Research the customer's business and industry to identify new sales opportunities. Work with the Account Executive to ensure the services offered align with the overall account strategy. Participate in periodic performance reviews to identify pain points and propose alternative solutions. Partner with business leaders to provide expert technical advice and influence strategic decision making. Facilitate technology strategy, requirements and architecture conversations between stakeholders. Participate in sales forecast for designated customers. Lead Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) and evaluation of results. Participate in account planning activities. Ensure holistic customer approach. Participate in RFPs processes, nonstandard requirements, and renewal of existing services. Collaborate with critical input in drafting contract terms and conditions.
REQUIEREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Information Technology or Telecommunications, or U.S. equivalent, and one (1) year of experience as a Pre-Sales Manager, Sales Solutions Manager or closely related occupation within the telecommunications industry. Must have experience handling complex solution sales and customer relationships to key corporate customers. Experience must include managing presales teams, providing pre-sales support to business partners and clients. Must have financial analysis experience to determine/develop pricing strategy for different markets. Must have experience identifying business needs and translating them into technical solutions. Experience must include product/solution configurations, and development of voice and data solutions for Voice/VoIP (PBX, IP PBX), Unified Communications and networking. 30% domestic/international travel required.
