14508 - Jr. Microsoft 365 Developer (onsite) -

12+ months with possible extensionsWork Setting:
100% of the time at the Client's site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client. Travel is required. Only candidates able to relocate as required should apply to avoid removal from future consideration.Required:
- Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client's site in Ocoee, FL (required); Experience with programming/systems analysis (2+ years);
- Experience in an IT support, help desk, or junior development role (1-3 years);
- Experience with Microsoft 365 tools through work, internships, or academic projects;
- Experience with SharePoint Online and Power Platform;
- Experience with SharePoint site migration and modernization;
- Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, or Power BI;
- Interest in learning CoPilot 365 and AI-driven productivity tools.
Preferred:
- Experience with PowerShell, JSON, or Microsoft Graph;
Microsoft Certified:
Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900);Microsoft Certified:
Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900). Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:- Assist in developing Microsoft 365 solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and SharePoint Online;
- Support the migration and modernization of legacy SharePoint sites into modern SharePoint hub architecture;
- Collaborate with senior developers to test, implement, and maintain Microsoft 365 and CoPilot 365 features;
- Participate in requirements‑gathering activities and document business and technical needs.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and training materials for Microsoft 365 solutions;
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365 applications while following governance and security standards;
- Track and update work in ServiceNow (or other ITSM tools) and provide basic end‑user support as needed;
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
