Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist We're seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist to join our team. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in accuracy, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Process vendor and customer invoices accurately and on time Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies Prepare and process weekly check and electronic payments Maintain accurate AP/ AR records and filing systems Communicate professionally with vendors and internal departments

Qualifications:

2+ years of Accounts Payable or accounting experience a plus Experience in the construction or site development industry is also a plus Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
