Position Overview We are currently seeking an experienced Python Developer to join our team. Our client is a leading food tech company that provides innovative solutions for small and medium-sized restaurants, streamlining their processes and enhancing their customer experiences. As a Python Developer, you will be responsible for maintaining a RESTful API used by different applications and serving thousands of requests on a daily basis. You will be working as part of an agile team, collaborating with frontend developers and designers to develop new features and changes. About the position

Key Responsibilities :

Maintain and enhance the RESTful API, ensuring it can handle large volumes of requests on a daily basis. Collaborate with a team of frontend developers and designers to develop new features and changes to the platform. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to best practices and coding standards. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the platform and underlying technologies. Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes. Continuously identify and address technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and other issues that may arise. Work in an agile environment, participating in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Required Skills 5+ years of experience with Python and the Django framework. Experience with Django Rest Framework, PyTest (or another unit test framework), and Celery. Experience with SQL databases such as MySQL and Postgres. Familiarity with Docker, Redis, and other related technologies. Strong understanding of RESTful API design principles. Experience working in an agile development environment. Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex issues.
