Job Description

Senior Pega LBA responsible for bridging business and technical delivery within the Insurance Claims domain, facilitating workshops, defining requirements, and ensuring solution designs align with both business and technical needs.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate workshops and define clear, prioritized, and actionable user stories
  • Collaborate with system architects to ensure solution design meets business and technical requirements
  • Work closely with business leaders, product owners, and technical teams to align on goals and delivery
  • Ensure requirements are well-documented and translated effectively into Pega solutions
Required Experience & Skills:
  • 12 years total Pega experience with 5+ years in the Insurance domain
  • Hands-on experience in Insurance Claims
  • Experience with Constellation UI in Pega Infinity version 23.x.x
  • Experience with Pega Blueprint
  • Agile methodology experience
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Willingness to travel to client locations as needed
Preferred:
  • CBA (Certified Business Architect) or CDA (Certified Decision Architect) certification
Education:
Bachelor s or Master s degree preferred
