ERP/CRM Configuration SME

We are looking for an experienced ERP/CRM Configuration SME to join our team in Carrollton, Texas. This long-term contract role offers an exciting opportunity to stabilize and enhance ERP/CRM environments by delivering effective solutions for financial processes, reporting, and system configurations. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on expertise in financial systems and a strong ability to implement and optimize ERP/CRM functionalities.

Responsibilities:

• Configure and optimize ERP/CRM systems to improve financial processes and reporting capabilities.
• Enhance financial controls, profitability analysis, and costing structures within the system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ERP/CRM modules such as MM, SD, and PP.
• Simplify financial structures, including profit centers and reporting hierarchies, for better efficiency.
• Implement and monitor financial governance measures, such as journal approvals and segregation of duties.
• Develop and maintain functional specifications, test scripts, and user training documentation.
• Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analyses, and ensure timely resolutions.
• Coordinate with technical teams to manage system enhancements, interfaces, and reports.
• Lead requirement-gathering workshops to align system configurations with business needs.
• Provide expert advice on stabilization, optimization, and transformation projects for ERP/CRM systems.
