Start migration as soon as implementation is complete. non-production migration should start once non-production implementation is complete, and in parallel to production implementation Send communication to stakeholders on a regular cadence, tailoring communication to the audience Implantation includes but is not limited to the following ... Set up SSO Integrate with Client observability/alerting tools (Moogsoft, S1, Grafana, Dynatrace, etc) Log true client/source IP Implement IP-based, DNS-based and dynamic listing Integrate with security tools (e.g. Crowdstrike for SIEM) Generate and manage keys (pgp, ssh) Conduct penetration test, and ensure any vulnerabilities are remediated Set up and test automated inter- and cross-regional failover and fail back. inter-regional HA deployment (across multiple zones). cross-regional Active/Passive deployment Stress test infrastructure ( large files, large # of files) Ensure all api calls used for self-service are working as expected Migration includes but is not limited to the following ...
